Norwich Croquet Company provides 3-year Limited Warranty
on all of our croquet mallets. The warranty covers the entire
mallet (shaftand head) against defects
in materials and
workmanship for a period of 3 years from purchase.
Examples
of covered claims are:
Checks, cracks, or delamination of the shaft or mallet
head.
Loosening or detachment of the shaft, phenolic strike
face,or metal trim from the mallet head.
This warranty covers product failure in normal use -
not in
abusive or unintended uses.
Should your NCC
mallet fail, call the factory (860-892-5180
immediately to recieve an (RGA) Returned Goods Authoriz-
ation. Then properly package and ship your mallet back to
us (with your return address) at
154 North Main Street
Norwich, CT 06360.
Upon receipt
of your mallet, we will evaluate the problem and
call you with our findings. If covered,
your mallet will be
repaired or replaced and shipped back to you at our expense.
